380 . Square . Feet...

... is the number of square footage that Kelly Breslin, Ryan Condon, and their 9-month old have in their California rental.



They make the tiny amount of space work by carefully editing their belongings (something I could probably do more of!).



My favorite piece of sage advice coming from Kelly has to do with how they raise their child in such a compact space: "People tell you need all this stuff for a baby," Breslin says. This is an amazing space - but my husband and I would kill each other after awhile!
